Unlimited Phone and Text Support- for any questions or resources you may be looking for.
Prenatal Visits- where we cover goals, preferences, fears, and expectations. We will talk about physiological birth and how to navigate the birthing system. We will practice coping strategies and ways for your partner to feel confident and helpful.
On Call - from 37 weeks and continuous support through labor and delivery until you are settled with your baby.
Continuous Birth Support- you will receive non-judgemental, informative, hands-on, compassionate support as you birth your baby.
Access to my “Birth Tool Kit”- TENS machine, heating pad, essential oils, lending library, etc.
1 Postpartum Visit- a birth debrief and for questions or referrals. I can help with feeding support, meal prep, and light tidying.

Postpartum Support
Postpartum Visits- each visit is three hours to ensure you have the best possible start as a new family. During my visit, I can help with everything listed below.
Birth Debrief- where I hold space for you to process your birth experience and emotionally support your start to parenthood.
Infant Care- such as safe sleep information, infant handling, babywearing support, and helping you to understand your newborn’s needs.
Chest/ Breastfeeding/ Bottle Feeding Support- to help ease you into your feeding journey and provide lactation referrals when needed.
Baby Wearing Education- to show you how to properly use your carrier/sling.
Meal Prep- help prepare healthy nourishing meals.
Light Household Chores- dishes, tidying, light laundry, etc.
Animal Care- walking/ pet feedings and some extra love during this transitional time.
— Postpartum Support —
Hourly Postpartum Day Support- $35/hr (minimum of 3 hrs)
Night Support- 10 pm until 6 am Investment of $360 a night
(GST is added to the final service fee)
Designed Specifically For You- this is a 4-week course tailored to your individual needs (home birth, hospital birth, cesarean, medicated or unmedicated).
You Choose The Day- we schedule the class on a day and time that works best for you.
What To Expect- we will meet once a week for around 2 hours. We will use videos, hands-on activities, and discussions to ensure the information is inclusive of all learning styles.

Pregnancy Loss & Abortion Support
Unlimited Phone and Text Support- to answer questions and provide resources.
Emotional and Physical Support- once you are ready, I will be there to support you through the journey of expelling and beginning to heal your body.

Planning Support- create a plan for the logistics and aftercare.
Child Care- during the procedure or while you rest.
Animal Care- walking/ pet feedings.
Meal Prep- prepare healthy and nourishing meals to help warm and soothe your body.
Education & Resources- learn about all of your options to help you make informed decisions. You will know what to expect during the process and what is normal or abnormal.
